因本人有長痘痘所以正在困擾中~

痘痘和痘疤 


一、生活作息要正常規律，避免熬夜，保持愉快的心情。

二、注意飲食：巧克力、咖啡、奶油、花生及冰淇淋等高熱量的食品，以及辛辣、油炸的飲食應儘量避免，並多吃些新鮮的蔬菜、水果。 

三、勿用手擠壓青春痘，以免引發感染，使病灶擴大，甚至留下褪不掉的疤痕及色素沉澱。 

四、.美容食──紅色、黃色、綠色蔬果及纖維質高的美容食 

五、1.可用茶樹精油.
2.用小小塊的撒隆巴斯貼在痘痘.睡一個晚上.隔天就會消了.
3.面速力達母.
以上方法剛開始冒痘痘時使用最有效. 


六、可以買沙龍帕斯 斯一小塊貼在有長痘痘的地方~聽說效果不錯~ 還有 或等他成熟~自己會掉落 

七、如果你是偶發性痘痘，在皮膚剛出現紅腫徵兆時，在局部擦一點曼秀雷敦（小護士）對消除痘痘，會有意想不到的效果哦！ 


八、再痘痘還小的時候 用冰塊冰一冰 就不會長大 也比較容易消掉 


九、市面上有一種美容透氣膠布，用小剪刀剪一小塊貼在痘痘上，阻斷空氣加速痘痘的成熟度，它就很快會好了哦! 


十、早上起床先喝一大杯的水，三餐飯後半小時也喝，有空就多喝水及吃水果，但也要上廁所 


十一、找不著痘痘膏的時候,切一小片大蒜輕輕塗在痘痘處,因為大蒜富含殺菌的精油成分,也可以改善面皰喔！ 


十二、消除痘痘和痘疤的好方法
教大家一個效用明顯又省錢的妙方──只要每天一瓶2000cc的水加上半顆檸檬汁，每天至少喝三瓶，記住！光喝白開水效用極慢，但是加了檸檬就不一樣。 


十三、養成每日排便的習慣，多運動，作息正常，或是多喝優酪乳來改變腸道的易菌生態。 


十四、飲食原則：少油、少甜、少刺激、避免食用過多含有色素及人工香料的食物，以及含有咖啡因的食品如；濃茶、咖啡、可可、巧克力等也易激發油脂及內分泌不平衡，形成更嚴重的青春痘。 


十五、對付白頭粉刺：可以每二天去一次角質，讓白頭無處遁行。



抗痘良方---薏仁海藻杏仁湯

材料：薏仁一兩、海帶三錢、海藻三錢、甜杏仁三錢。
作法：將海帶、甜杏仁、海藻加水煮成，取汁再與薏仁煮熟服用。
功效：消除青春痘。

長青春痘的人多半是肝火太旺，排毒的系統出現障礙，毒素才會往皮膚發洩。此帖湯方具有排毒泄熱的功效，長痘痘的人不妨多加飲用。



抗痘良方---綠豆薏仁湯

作法：將綠豆和薏仁加水共煮，依個人喜好加入適量冰糖調味。

功效：治療青春痘。

其實，在我們日常生活中的點心─綠豆湯、紅豆湯、薏仁湯…等就是非常好的食療妙方。
綠豆有清熱解毒的功能，薏仁則有健脾去濕的效用，兩者加在一起食用，可排除體內累積之毒素，進而改善問題皮膚。
可共煮或加在稀飯中，視個人口味加以變化。



抗痘良方---綜合果菜汁

材料：高麗菜150克、蕃茄一個、荷蘭芹50克、蘋果半個、蜂蜜少許、泡水的珊瑚草一把。

作法：將所有材料洗淨，切成適當大小，放入果汁機內打汁。酌量加入蜂蜜調味，攪拌均勻即可。


功效：預防青春痘、面皰。

本果菜汁中含有豐富的維他命Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ及礦物質，其中維他命Ｂ2能活化肌膚的新陳代謝，對面皰、粉刺有很好的防治效果，連續飲用三到四個月即可感到皮膚滑嫩有光澤。





痘痘族的面膜該如何選擇呢？大部分的痘痘族是屬於油性膚質，應選擇強調所謂深層清潔、收斂的、去油的、去角質的、預防面皰的，至於中乾性痘痘族可以選擇保濕的，至於強調很滋潤或是很營養的，則所有痘痘族都應該要避免。另外以每一至二週使用一次為佳。





治療的方法:



內服的藥物主要是四還黴素類的抗生素，以抗菌消炎為主，但這類的藥物長期服用藥物無形中會加重肝、腎的負擔，對孕婦尤其有禁忌。所以必須有醫生的處方，並且在就醫時必須跟醫生溝通，自己是否曾服用過其他醫生或其他醫院開出的藥方。





青春痘的正確處理方法是不要擠壓，保持患處清潔並請醫生治療。若真需要擠壓時，一定要把手清洗乾淨，或是青春棒消毒過才可避免感染傷口，並且事後搽上抗生素軟膏。





市面上有些抗痘的外用藥或抗痘貼布多半都含有A酸成份，可加速表皮角質的脫落，保持皮膚的乾燥，從而治療青春痘，但使用後會容易脫皮，並且不能接觸到陽光；因此治療時必須有醫師處方才行。
